These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WorkAide Jobs at https://jobs.workaide.ai, a product of WorkAide operated by EZ Web LLC("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
WorkAide Jobs is a private job-search workspace that helps you collect job listings, score fit against your profile, and draft application materials using AI-assisted tools. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or hiring outcomes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Your content and responsibilities
- You retain ownership of career content and materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all resumes, cover letters, and messages before submitting them to employers.
- You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent qualifications, or to violate third-party terms (including job boards and employers).
4. AI-generated output
Drafts are generated by automated systems and may contain errors. Our skill-fidelity rules reduce fabrication, but you must verify accuracy, dates, and claims before use. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
5. Plans, billing, and cancellation
- Free and paid (Pro) tiers are described on the site and in your account. Limits may apply to scores, drafts, collection, and automation.
- Pro subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Payment is processed by Stripe. Charges may appear as Business Solutions or a similar descriptor on your statement.
- You may cancel via the Stripe Customer Portal (Manage subscription in Billing). Access typically continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per Stripe and our support policy unless required by law.
- Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms and may be modified or withdrawn.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service
- Share account access or resell the service without permission
- Circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use the service to spam employers or violate anti-discrimination laws
7. Third-party services and job sources
The service integrates with third-party job APIs, RSS feeds, and sites you configure. You are responsible for complying with those providers' terms. We are not affiliated with employers or job boards unless explicitly stated.
8. Intellectual property
The WorkAide Jobs name, branding, software, and documentation are owned by EZ Web LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or code.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZ WEB LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. See Data deletion for account removal requests.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Missouri, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page with a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
